KWBA Spring House League

Spring House League is the largest program within KWBA. Registration begins in January for play in April through June. The Spring House League is open to all 1st through 8th graders in the Villages of Kenilworth, Northfield & Winnetka. Please visit the specific league page for additional description regarding how each age group is structured. 

Bat Rules
Mustang (3/4) Bronco (5/6) Pony (7/8)
All metal and alloy bats with a max barrel of 2 1/4 inches, max BPF of 1.15, max length of 33 inches, max drop of Minus 12. Composite barreled bats meeting these requirements will be allowed if they are approved for Little League play as evidenced by a stamp on the bat.

Same restrictions as Mustang

All metal and alloy bats with a max barrel of 2 5/8 inches, max length of 34 inches. For 13s max drop of Minus 8; for 14s max drop of Minus 5. Composite barreled bats meeting these requirements will be allowed if they are approved for Little League play as evidenced by a stamp on the bat. All BBCOR bats will be allowed.
Refund Policy
  • Prior to team formation (typically March 15 for spring) - 100% refund of league fee minus $20 fee for KWBA's out-of-pocket expenses
  • After team formation but prior to beginning of season - 50% refund of league fee
  • After start of season - No refund. Exceptions for injuries might be considered, upon approval by the KWBA President.
